What version of the software are you running?
Do you have the business edition or regular edition?
What modem are you using? i.e. 2 way, DW6000, etc
I have the 2 way (have not felt the need to upgrade yet but thinking about it) with the business edition. The connection is a bit slow but nothing too awful; however, I have not found a VPN that I cannot connect to.
