Please sm

I just opened the mail and got a bill for approx 150.00 that my insurance company is denying. 

My  21 year old saw her gynecologist and was given a pap smear (paid) and as test called:

Chlamydia by amplified techology/GC by amplified technology.  Okay... I know this is a test for STDs. 

Haven't spoke to daughter yet but is this a test she requested or is this standard for this age along with the pap smear.  I'm just trying to figure out if I should fight with the insurance company or daughter.

  • these tests are standard for this age and despite what sm - CPM (certified professional midwife)
  • In my area, the doctors do these tests automatically as part of your yearly exam - - duck
  • also, most docs won't do certain tests (sm) - in my experience
  • If I remember right they do the test on your - sm
  • Fight with the insurance company. - insurance stinks.
