I think maybe some companies are not performing QA as they say they do because it is costly, especially for a large company to pay QA people to check. I am sure they do QA, but I wonder how often, etc. It seems to be these big companies are always trying to cut costs and looking for ways to pay less and less, so that would include QA also. Just thinking about this tonight.
