Not at all too late, if your in good health and have obviously raised your own, then there should be no issue at all.  The agency I'm working with loved that I worked from home, but if your retiring, go for it.

Just contact your local Jobs and Family Services, PCS or county (most have web sites) and they show the requirements. 

All these kids need is a stable environment and TLC to turn the chaos off in their lives.

You can request what age also you want to work with.  I said not under 3 and you can do this.  Good luck
