I lost my mom last year on 10/21 and she left me her 20 year old cat. I just held onto that cat, I guess I felt close to my mom. I had to put her to sleep about 3 months ago. I think she missed my mom like I did, but now I miss both of them. Lost my 12 year old dog in August. Felt like I was losing everybody around me, but still have 2 cats with me.
