I know of no "crash course". Do you now of a hospital that you could get onsite training at? Do you have any other medical background? Radiology has it's own "lingo" and it takes a while to learn it. Ask locally if there are facilities willing to let you sit in with the radiologist and see if you can "catch on", so to speak. Worth a shot if you are really serious about getting experience and have a medical background already. You need to know your anatomy really well. Good luck.
