Nuthin' but IT for me!

You cannot beat the automatic compilation that IT does.  It comes with built-in glossaries and you can download more for FREE from the IT website like drugs, phrases, ages, etc. I bought this six months into becoming an MT and even as a newbie I doubled my productivity in the first few months.  (I was doing an ortho account at the time and it would take a little longer with multiple dictators in acute care).  What i like is you can add the format you want, program entire paragraphs and have a ton of different gloassaries if you want to. Right now I am at the point where with most docs I rarely type a full sentence myself.

If you go for it, feel free to e-mail if you have questions.  I have used it forever and love it!
