I've been going to this office for about 3-1/2 years, and they have been set up this way the entire time. I did not visit them for a couple of years and returned this past March to find computers for patients to sign in, rather than visiting the reception desk. In addition, for the appointment I had scheduled for this past Tuesday I received three reminder telephone calls, two of which were automated. This was the first time they had not had a live person only call to confirm my appointment.

If Drs would listen to their own dictation, they would know - VR will never replace us completely. nm

- I have to respectfully disagree. - VR and offshoring will be pushed, unfortunately.
