If you work for a crap company expect to get crap dictation. If they are totally trying to do away with human MTs (1 company I know of in particular) then expect that all the halfway decent stuff goes to VR. Likewise, if they hire newbees indiscriminately, don't expect to get the easy stuff, the newbees can't do the hard stuff. If you people would quit doing so much whining and get away from these money grubbing companies and find a smaller company who values their MTs and wants to keep them, then maybe, just mabe the few good companies that are left would prosper and the crap companies would go the way of the dinasour. Maybe, just maybe that's what those who still make good money without pulling their hair out on a daily basis have done. I don't mean to imply that everything is milk and honey at any company, there are bad dictators everywhere but if you work for a decent company then you can just suck it up and get through those bad days knowing that the next day or two it will be better.
