Here's the sentence:
The patient was anesthetized with a total of 6 cc of 1% Lidocaine with epinephrine. She tolerated this well. Local irrigation and wound exploration was performed by myself. I explored to the base of the wound, and there was no involvement of the "galeas". She was stapled, closed with 5 staples in the normal fashion.
