 basically prn MT with or without contract depending on company? I work p/t currently. I get benefits (if I want them) and I also get PTO time. We have been sold to an outsourcing company so benefits and PTO are no longer an option for P/T. Benefits is not a big deal as I use my husbands, but PTO is a little disheartening. But other than no benefits/PTO, what is the benefit of an IC?
