Chase - Reported It - sm
Guess where the call was answered? India. Chase, just like all the other wonderful companies in the U.S., has telephone operators in India fielding the calls. She did nothing - told me it was a fraud, etc., and to ignore the emails. I get 3-4 of these every day. Now I'm deleting them. However, I informed the Indian representative answering Chase's calls that this is one bank I will NEVER bank with, due to offshoring! Off my soapbox now... I think!

E channel also reported this. nm

I never reported that particular problem,
just kinda messed around with my entries, deleting and re-adding, and then realized it fixed the problem. Good luck with yours!
I reported it when it first came on the board but
I think administrator is napping . . .
I already reported it and the one on the co. board too

Has anyone reported this situation with Amherst to corporate or dont they care either about what is
going on there.
We got the same email a couple of days ago -- DH called Chase and reported it and they said that it
was a huge problem for them right now as these people obviously have no affiliation with Chase.
How comes this person wasn't reported to the monitor board? I told someone to read the red note on
I'll probably get banned for writing this, but my comment was much milder than this. I didn't call anyone any names. What's up with this?
