Unfortunately, this creep was on parole for another offense. Yep, it seems their rights have more meaning than a childs, to grow up in a safe environment, have a happy, carefree childhood w/o having to learn how to protect themselves. Gee, ya think if kids could vote, for their elected officials,things would change a bit?
Until then, we tax paying parents will go on working our butts off, not having the 24/7 time with our kids to keep them 100% safe and where does some of our money go?
To house these scum, pay for their food, clothing, EDUCATION and state of the art physical exercise equipment & yep, also their computers in house
