I am really bored and tired of typing too... but then I make a trip back to my old office to visit my old coworkers and suddenly what I do now seems GREAT! Take some time and really think about things you like/dislike etc and maybe that can lead you into a new direction, even if you have to stay at transcribing for the $$$. It's never too late to try something new
