it! Hire an accountant or preferable tax lawyer ASAP. Good luck to you. Since its from 2003, I'm sure a large share of the $$ is in penalties and fees. Great trick of the IRS - they wait a few years to supposedly catch the error, then a tiny error can be compounded into a huge financial disaster for the tax payer. But they are nicer these days and take monthly payments...
