your work was offshored to Canada and Mexico, then NAFTA provides that you can receiving training.  It involves getting 3 people in your company to be certified as having been put out of work by said offshoring.

If anyone can find anything that protects all the poor MQers who recently lost work to India, I would really love to see the URL.
