Why would any IC want to work for that? Do your math!! After quarterly taxes, fed and state (if you pay state), would leave you at around 5.5 cpl. Being SUPER FAST still doesn't justify that rate. It's still above minimum wage but not good.

What a terrible thing to say to anyone. She said she has books and with the mispronounciations of the ESL docs it is difficult to grasp the phonics but to call someone substandard, hope your QA are always 100%
