IC at .07 cpl?

There is a positionon job board offering 0.07 cpl for IC. Does anyone really take these positions? That is not worth doing the easiest of dictations unless you are SUPER fast. After use of equipment and other junk like sending invoices (which sometimes take longer than the reports themselves), it would be less than minimum wage or worse.
