Take it NOW!! I am currently looking for an MT job and would KILL for that kind of money.
I REALLY would like to know which hospital your're talking about too as I've been looking for an MT job and am about ready to go crazy as there's ALWAYS something wrong with them.
I quit doing MT work last October 2004 as my workload was next to nothing and my neck was killing me.
I had neck surgery in July 1998 and went to work for Medquist in October 1998.
I am now on a better pain regimen and I need the money badly. I need to find a company that will keep me busy and pay me well. But I suppose that's too much to ask for.
Could anyone tell me the different hospitals and/or companies you work for?
I used to work for MedQuist, but finally quit when I couldn't get enough lines in every day.
There are SO many medical transcription companies out there, it's becoming very hard and time consuming to find one that would work for me.
