Thank you all so much for your help.  I am in a better frame of mind this morning about it all.  They do stil have other work needing to be done, which a friend is doing and she is not all that happy about continuing.  My main complaint is that the office manager lied to me about still needing my services just to use me to set up their system. I would have set it up in the end knowing they did not need me, as that is my nature.  When the hospital I worked for closed and I started work with another company, I still gave my time to close out our department on my time off from my new job.  I don't believe in burning bridges either.  I do have to admit that my husband is my rock in all this.  He happened to land a parttime job for security (he is a police officer) making good money and does not want me to work any more parttime, but I think I will try something new for a while.  I like the fact that I can contribute to my family as much as possible.  Sorry this is so long!  I just want to extend my thanks for your support.
