so don't hold it against them. They have a lot of demands being made from a LOT of different directions...imagine having to appease probably 8 bosses and who knows how many MTs with unscheduled problems popping up all the time? You should call them and try not to think of it being as unprofessional or "just the way it is." It's one of those "until you walk in their shoes" kind of thing.

They told me to work the weekend one time because they were "soooo behind and the client was getting angry." I woke up at 5 a.m. on a Saturday morning and sat until 8:30 and waited and waited and waited. Finally a report came up. I worked until 12:30 p.m. and couldn't stand it anymore.
