Question for MTs

I have only been doing this for a year and not full time yet.. So here is my question.. I was offered a job but the recruiter is insisting I get trained right now and for two days her Tech people have not called.. So she wants me to call them.. I'm sorry but I think they should call me, right?

I want to work for a company that does not have to many hands in the pot and sort of knows what they are doing... boy, I think I'm in the wrong industry for thinking that...lol

    • Then the co. should hire more techies. Not productive for the MTs or the co., to have things - be so scattered and unorganized. nm
