for a positive post. I have been hired by a company who utilizes EMDAT and have been struggling with it. It is not that I don't like it (only been on it a few days), but I am having problems "understanding" it. The foot pedal doesn't seem to work as well on this platform and I am contemplating using the function keys (like you do) instead. After more than 30 years doing transcribing work, I am not sure how long it would take me to get used to doing that. Thanks again for your post.
