Bless you! My daughter gets sinus infections twice a year (Spring and fall) and she is miserable with them. They take months to clear. She can tell when she is starting to build up "stuff" in her sinuses, but we have been powerless to do anything about it but take her to the doctor after the infection becomes full blown. This sounds like it may keep her from becoming infected if she can get the "junk" out! Thank you SO MUCH for this advice. You have saved a little girl a lot of suffering.

Well I have a chronically stuffed up head, irritated throat and headache and I am getting sick of - MT
