Thank you, and something else, too:

In Reply to: Mandi - that was one wonderful post!!!...sm - so I do feel your pain.....

Thank you very much for your kind words,  and here's something else I highly recommend that every IC do:

(1) Have your marketing letter spiffed up and ready to go.  (2) Have enough professional looking stationery set aside to use for a bare minimum of 500 letters. (3) Each time you receive a check from one of your clients, set aside enough money to buy one roll of stamps.  Keep doing that until you have accumulated 1,000 stamps.

If you don't have the time to market while you're busy working these dysfunctional accounts from Haiti 24/7, then do something nice for yourself and your sanity:  Dump them, because you know things will never change, and immediately start marketing for new accounts.

You'll see that in a few short days your phone will be ringing off the hook, and in the interim, from the time you've dumped the account(s) from Haiti until the time you get new account(s), you'll have a little free time in between to feel human again and smell the flowers!  Should you happen to pick up another account from Haiti along the way, no problem:  All those letters you sent out are like sprinkling little seeds all over the place; i.e., they grow in the form of more telephone calls from interested clients along the way.

Thanks again for your kind words, and I hope you and all MTs out there have a lovely weekend!
