What do you think?

What you cited is a very common complaint among most ICs.  It is a fact that occurs all the time.  There's no doubt in my mind that the majority of clinics go through ICs like yesterday's newspaper for a variety of reasons, and even more so now that Internet based platforms are so abundant. I believe it hinges primarily on the medical records head or OM.

If you've got a head of the medical records' department who doesn't know her you know what from a hole in the ground, and ditto for the office manger, too, the IC's ship is sunk from the get go.

This has been my experience.  What's your opinion?
