Thanks

There are pros and cons to each part of this business but I just don't want to see a division where there are those "clinic transcriptionists" and those "hospital transcriptionists" as there is a need for both.  I picked this side and was lucky enough to be able to pick up some small stable accounts that no one else wanted.   Have a Vietnamese, a Boston accent, a New York and one that talks so fast no one else wants him.  But I have the fear that someday they could go elsewhere and that is why I pamper and baby them at times.  I really don't think I could go back to hospital work in my old set ways.  I would probably go back to "throwing the patient on the operating table" instead of "prone on the hospital table" as I once typed in my very early days.  Oh well gotta go to work to pay the bills.   Thanks again.
