I'm not looking for an argument and I apologize if I came across that way. I agree, if it sounds incorrect, leave it blank. If the doctor wants to call the patient a land whale (still can't believe that one) then he can type it and fill in the blank. I don't feel we as MTs should have to lower our professional standards for doctors who insist on calling patients poor miserable SOBs.
