The key is:

Have steadfast faith in yourself and your abilities/talents and remember that someone out there is looking for a terrific MT, just like YOU! 

You must follow the old saying, "Throw enough gum at the wall and some of it is bound to stick," or "If you don't take a chance, you'll never have a chance." 

Keep applying for the jobs and "plant your little seeds all over, continually "watering them."  I promise you if you do, you'll soon find a lovely garden in bloom.
