The key is getting hired by a service that pays a decent line rate - but you need to bring enough skills to the table, too. So let's say you negotiate for 10 cents a line (yes, you can make that much).

$100,000 / 10 = 1,000,000 lines a year
1,000,000 / 52 weeks (no vacation) = 19,231 lines per week
19,231 lines per week / 6 days a week = 3220 lines per day
3220 lines per day / 8 hours a day = 403 lines per hour (consistently)
