The quickest way to know is this....sm

In Reply to: E-mail says I have been left 1/4 million bucks by distant relative. Do you think this is a scam? - They know my last name!

if they claim that for a "fee" they can give you the information about this supposed money then you can bet your patootie it's a scam - especially if they want your checking account #.

Unless you know of some relative that had money that they may have potentially left you then it's more than likely a scam.  If a relative had really died and left you money then whatever attorney or court handling the estate would have tried to find you.  If someone supposedly just found you through an e-mail addy then they could find you through public search records and notify you through proper means and with real proof of their claim (i.e. in order to claim your money you would need to fill out a form to be sent to a real courthouse - and you could verify the address - not just some e-mail claim with a fake p.o. box)

The quickest way is to type out what you want and how you want it sm
Highlight it. Go to Tools/Auto correct options. Select auto correct tab. Where it says "replace" type your short cut stroke(s). Click okay. (The text you highlighted should be in the little window next to the replace window). As an example, I use "p" for the word "patient" to pop up. Hope this helps.
I hear ya. MY quickest reply now is that they'll have to
first go to a reputable school, there are a few online if you want help finding them. Then, go to work at the hospital because you'll need some experience to get the job at home, 3-5 years to be exact. Even then the going can be rough, but it can be done. Then, widen your network of MTs so that you'll have help when you need it or at least someone to VENT to when someone approaches you with the same questions!!!
