I'm sorry you are so unhappy in your job. But the only person who can change that is YOU. The job isn't going to change, the people running the company aren't going to change. If you want to feel better about yourself and about your job, you need to find someone else to work for.

Good luck. I sincerely hope you are able to find something better.
