on the jobseekers board for Webmedx.  They're looking for someone with clinic/ER experience.  You might start there if you want to be an employee.  There are companies who want IC's who are experienced in clinic notes.  You can try to send your resume to those companies.


 


If you're looking to get your own accounts, you could send marketing materials like a letter/brochure with a business card explaining your experience and the services you offer.   I wouldn't send potential clients a resume.  It looks like you're applying for a job instead of trying to get your own account.  That's just my opinion.
