we have a union demanding a decent wage. According to CNN, CEO pay went up an average of 45% from 1996-2006, while average worker pay rose only 7%. The hospital I worked for gave annual raises of only 2-4%, depending on evaluation. From what I can tell, MTSOs don't give raises at all. They will continue to undercut each other as long as we allow it. Join SEIU.ORG and volunteer to organize. It is your right as an American.
