You know, this seems to happen WAY too often. People work very hard to graduate whatever training school they choose, and work even harder to test a million times, and then all of a sudden you get a job, and they screw you. It's very dissappointing, and I want to figure out how to stop this from happening. It's totally unethical and wrong. Thanks everyone for the support, and if anyone has any advice, not only for me but on behalf of other new grads that are being taken advantage of, it will all go to good use. People like this should not be in business.
