Im limited in what I can do now because of a work related injury in my chosen profession. Work cause I don't want my boys thinking you get money by sitting around doing nothing all day. The companies would find with better management techniques like a pat on the back now and again that their employees would do better even without the pay raise. And Im not talking the general pep talk emails sent to everyone. Let's face it this job is boring. And 99.9% of the managers don't know how to motivate.
