If you both agree to everything, you can do this fairly inexpensively.  First figure out who gets what, and make a specific list.  Take that list to a paralegal and have them draw up an Uncontested Divorce Agreement.  Both will need to sign the agreement and have it notarized.  Then you would take the agreement to the County court and file it.  You will have to pay a filing fee.  Then a judge will review your agreement and sign off on it.  If your state has a waiting period, it would not become final until the waiting period is over.  If your state doesn't have a waiting period, your divorce could be over in as little as a month.
