sounds like the QA person is just a *itch. I worked for an outfit where a clerk (no MT training whatsoever & snotty/upitty little witch trying to kiss the owner's behind) was "correcting" my work and filling in any blanks then when QA saw it she would have a fit and try to blame me. I fixed the problem by sending her my ORIGINAL files. The clerk was told not to correct the MTs work, but I heard from other MTs where she was still pulling this $hit. The owner was going through a bad divorce and let this clerk get away with murder. I quit soon after. I heard snotty little clerk got a job at the DMV after she was finally fired a couple of years later. The perfect place for someone like her!!!
