I am sorry you think this is being ungreatful, but this is not the case. I am thankful every day that I have a job, but things have been promised along the road (bonuses for team-work and extra days and holidays covered), and not once have I seen a bonus for all my extra help. I managed for a while and you never decrease the bonus, it is offensive, you keep it the same or increase it.
