Thanks.

Upbeat the fact MQ was guilty enough to be delisted from trading on the stock market please.

Thanks.

Upbeat the fact that while MQ pays us, w/o us MQ would not be paid.

Thanks.

NOW, upbeat the fact that you can be boorish to other posters and lots of people don't like your attitude, upbeat that it may be.

Thanks.

Now comment on MQ business practices.

Thanks.

I go for a run on my treadmill to a really upbeat CD.
Nothing like exercise to just burn that stress to bits! About 3 miles later, I am as calm as can be.
There are several lawsuits

against MQ.  Has to do with financial issues.  They were under federal investigation and kicked off the stock exchange.  This happened about a year or so ago.  A hospital in Florida has a suite against them regarding financial issues. It has to do with their way of counting lines, and hospital claims they were cheated out of millions.  This was all big news a year or so ago.

I have worked part time for MQ for almost 2 years and I am also happy.  I think  it is possible they may get bought out at some point, depending on how the lawsuits go.   Every so often someone posts here and its like mass hysteria and panic, but nothing ever happens.   This is old news to most of us.

MQ-6 lawsuits

are there not 6 lawsuits against MQ?? are they all still pending??? i thought there was the lawsuit brought by the MT's, then 2 by hospitals, one by the woman who lost her job because she brought up the issue of sending medical records offshore,  one form the state of MA and i thought another one

has any of these been settled?????

lawsuits have not affected my job
and probably never will. Lawsuits do not impune guilt any more than your comments do. Being delisted had nothing to do with guilt, but lack of certain paperwork being filed in a timely fashion, which also has a logical explanation, not that you care. Their billing problems are small in comparison to the company as a whole. Their business practices are great. How many other companies have people begging their jobs back? How many have employees for 10-15 yr or more? Maybe happy MQ'ers irritate you, but there are a lot more of us!!
yes its that one, it also says many lawsuits are pending
Is no one alarmed by this??
I see thru that big ole elephant and around it as do the people involved in lawsuits and SEC.

Very upbeat about MQ being FORCED to comply by law enforcement.

Fact: You didn't mention the lawsuits again.

New MT Class Action lawsuit (Myers v. MQ, 10/05/05) ... of course still pending:

Shareholder derivative lawsuit (Kanter v. Barella, MQ named 'nominal defendant,' filed 11/12/04) ... dismissed:
http://www.corporate-ir.net/ireye/ir_site.zhtml?ticker=MEDQ&script=411&layout=-6&item_id=763934 ........  (interestingly, no original press release on this one ... maybe because filed against Philips and MQ only named 'nominal defendant,' so why bother?)

Don't you worry about all the lawsuits for downloading music?
My kids love to download, but once the law suits started against the computer owners I cut it out completely. I know they love music, I do myself, so share with me please, don't you worry about getting "caught?"
I am part of three class action lawsuits.
Franklin-Templeton mutual fund apparently committed fraud while I was invested with them, Fen-Phen (the doctor's office notified me; sheduled me for a carotid ultrasound and had me come to a Radisson Hotel to meet with the attorneys) and MQ which I never really heard from but read about and this fraud took place while I worked there...

Bottom line is people should really not be getting money out of other peoples' pockets by fraudulent means.
Personally, I think lawsuits only give lawyers more money

where there is smoke there is fire and these lawsuits are pretty much backed up by SEC.
Fraudulent billing, books that are cooked, are not claims that are made frivilously and are not accepted into a court of law without some merit.  Watch and see.  If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it may be a duck.  Apply that to everyone who deals with MQ involved in a lawsuit against them, MTs, Shareholders and Clients.  Plus the delisting by SEC.  Mighty suspicious huh?   Not just one person or entity but three different ones - PLUS SEC.
