VR question

I was interested in finding out if there are any IC MT's that use voice recognition and/or if it is even possible with transcribing from a microcassette transcriber. I remember reading (cannot remember which MT site it was) where one MT used VR with her own accounts and was curious to see if that is something that is a possibility. Thank you.
