Vidalia Onions

One other thing about the salsa recipe. I use vidalia onions, and I don't put them in the food processor. I chop them so they're in a little bigger chunks and you get more sweet onion flavor and crunch.

Oh my ... you have it rough. I don't think I even know how to cook without onions! sm
For my meatloaf, I use salsa too, plus hamburger, hot Jimmy Dean sausage, breadcrumbs, & egg. Heck, this is making me hungry for meatloaf now! :-)
For saurkraut lovers, put apples, onions and pork chops in crock pot.
Wonderful meal. Some fresh rye bread with butter. Yummie.
