You need to tell all associates that we in the Americas get paid so much better. Do not work for 1 to 3 cpl. You deserve so much more pay for such hard work. If you wanted pay that low, you could do a low-skilled job like picking cabbage/CABG. Really, it is not worth it. I would stand up to your leader and refuse to do this work for under 10 cpl. All of you. If you all ban together... you can make a change!!!!
