Good luck! I have learned that you have to keep up with the various agencies. Maybe a phone call to them might help. Most VAs do send their overflow to an outside agency. Most in-house do the STAT reports. Unfortunately, the jobs are not work-at-home, they are in-house due to privacy rules. Good luck, it is a good place to work.
