What about those who are native English speakers, but speed talk, slur, chew gum, talk through background noise, etc.?  What about those companies that don't dock pay, but deduct points if you couldn't decipher a dictator when they could?  In some cases, the QA that can fill in the blank is someone who has worked with that dictator for many years.  Nevertheless, they deduct points from your QA score if you cannot figure it out, and then withhold benefits or provide other penalties.  Not all companies do this, but I feel that those who do are abusing the system as well.  In the end, it is about withholding benefits, which is kind of like indirectly docking pay.
