Is there a computer somewhere typing along as the text is being dictated? How does VR "learn" from its mistakes? I know on the VR reports I edit for my MTSO, I make the same corrections over and over for the same physicians, and VR never corrects itself. But overall, it's a fascinating invention and definitely here to stay (so long as it ALWAYS has editors...the errors can be scary!).
