I have been an MT for only 2 years of which time I have been an IC, and I currently work for the company from he!!-- SS. For these 2 years, I have had no benefits and no insurance, just too expensive for me to get. I am considering going to full-time status for benefits and hopefully to be more disciplined and be more productive. However, I just don't know where to start or if this is even a good idea. I am worried that I will hate sticking to someone elses schedule or end up with a crappy company. But, if I can stick it out at SS, I think any place would be easier and better than them!
