What to do... what to do...

As stated in the above post, I am a little upset about doing the short radiology reports and just getting paid by the line (as I know they get paid by the report).  Adding to my frustration is that the other work types I am on now (new account) include EEGs, echos, PFTs, sleep studies, etc.  This morning I spent more time on pt demographics than actually typing.  I averaged about 13 lines per report for 5 hours straight.  My question, what should I do?  Do I have a valid complaint here?
