Who we use when we want a job done

I am white, husband is black and when we want a job done, done right, done fast, without sitting down on a job, no complaining, no attitude, just the work we want done we go and pick up some Hispanics for the day. My husband (who is a very hard worker himself) would not get 1 of his own to work, he says too much sitting down, not enough work, grumbling if nor cursing. Husband recently out of town on work and I myself went and hired 2 guys who came and did my yardwork for the day. I took them water but they never asked for anything except maybe where to get the tools for the job. I only wish the Americans had the same work ethics as these people do.
