Yes, very small MTSO have only two subcontractors that split a psych account and it takes them about an 60 to 75 minutes to do one consult that is 400 to 600 lines. That is all they want. They get 3-4 tapes per week that they split. But I am only tapes and still doing pick-up, delivery, printing, etc. Trying to go digital but have docs that favor the "old system" but hopefully will do it this year. Have 2 IM's, 2 Surgical Oncologist, 1 Plastic Surgeon-Hand surgeon and Psych. Also do 12 to 15 hours in a clinic working on EMR's. It is hard to find good help and so thinking of quitting the clinic and just doing all accounts on my own which will cut me down to about $40 to 43 K but I would only be working 25 hours a week. We will see. Wish I could help but unless you live in Oregon, out of luck.
